As well, we’ll look at the difference between fresh and dried herbs and how to substitute.
You’ll also get the recipe for my Green Goddess Salad (which I will demo during class), a free PDF of master recipes for fresh herb butter, salsa verde and pesto, plus many more ideas and strategies for making the most of fresh herbs.
